The Queen of Sheba visits King Solomon

This fresco shows two different episodes, separated from each other by the column of the King's palace. This architectural feature is the central point of the composition and the vanishing point of the whole fresco. The episode on the left is part of the legend, while the one on the right is an iconographic element added by Piero.
