ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For those who do not respect these hours, a 20,00 euro penalty will be applied.
Our receptionists, Francesco e Costanza, will welcome you and be glad to give you any information that you might need. You will be asked to give them the travel agency's voucher or your booking and your Passport. They will give it back to you after the check-in registration. They will also show you your apartment.
Check-out must be before 10:00 am. For those who do not respect these hours, a 20,00 euro penalty will be applied. Anything broken or malfunctions should be decalred to Francesco or Costanza when you check-out
PARKING
You can park your car in the square behind the small house. Take the road on the left before the entrance, then take a right.
ELECTRICITY
The power supply is 220 Volts, the control board is near the apartment entrance door.
WATER
The water is drinkable but, since it is softened, we recommend that you drink mineral water, which you can buy at our shop.
The water temperature is controlled by the central heating circuit.
HEATING
The heating is controlled by the central heating unit.
TELEPHONE/PC/TV
To use the PC, ask the Receptionist.
SAFE
All the apartments are equipped with a safe (at no charge). Ask for the key at the Reception.
MANTENANCE
For any type of problem or malfunction that may be presented in the apartments, contact Francesco or Costanza as soon as possible.
TRASH
Trash can be disposed of in the designated containers found along the road leading to Anghiari and it is the guests' responsibility to do so.
Furthermore, you are kindly asked to no throw cotton or sanitary napkins of any kind in the toilets but in their designated containers.
MAID SERVICE / LINENS
For stays of longer than 7 days, on the Saturday following your arrival, linens will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned.
EXCURSIONS
Guests have access to "mountain bikes", located on the premises, for a fee. Plese ask tha reception.
SWIMMING POOL - CHARACTERISTICS AND RULES FOR THE FREE USE OF THE POOL
The swimming pool is found on a large lawn.
Dimensions: 5 x 12 meters
Depth: 1.65 meters
Hours: The pool is always open. On request, the reception will see to nught lighting.
SECURITY
The swimming pool is not guarded and there is no life guard. Consrequently, children must be supervised by a responsabile adult at all times.
WARNINGS
Do not leave plastic or rubber objects in the pool (toys, rafts, etc…) in order not to damage the pool skimmer.
