Payment and cancellation policies
for Low and Mid season Booking
For one night stays:
At the time of reservation, a credit card with valid expiration date, or bank wire draft for the total of the first night, is required.
Balance Due: At check out
No penalty cancellation up to 48 hours notice prior to arrival date.
One night's debit penalty for every two nights reserved, for cancellations made after 48 hours prior to arrival date.
For Weekly Stays:
Down Payment of 50% at time of reservation by credit card or bank wire draft
Balance Due: At check out
For cancellations not made within 15 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 50% will be applied to the total amount of the reservation.
For cancellations occurring from 7 up to 15 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 80% of the total amount will be applied.
Cancellations occurring after 7 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
Payment and cancellation policies
For reservations during High Season
For one night stays:
At the time of reservation, a credit card with valid expiration date, or bank wire draft. The full amount of the reservation will be debited 30 days before arrival.
If reservations are made after 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be debited immediately.
Cancellations made after 15 days prior to arrival will be debited 70%
of the total amount with a 30 % reimbursement
Cancellations made after 14 days prior to arrival will lead to a
100% forfeit of the amount debited.
For Weekly Stays:
Down Payment of 50% at time of reservation by credit card or bank wire draft
with the balance debited 30 days prior to arrival.
If reservations are made after 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be debited immediately.
For cancellations not made within 21 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 70%
will be applied to the total amount of the reservation with a 30% reimbursement.
For cancellations occurring 20 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be applied.
Cancellations occurring after 7 days prior to arrival,
will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
